Ordering


Orders can be made online with the help of our secure, user-friendly shopping cart system. Alternatively you can email through your order to sales@lepetit.com.au or by calling us on (02) 95473535.

Payment


We accept payments via credit card (visa, MasterCard or American Express), Cash (for collections only), bank transfer or money order.

All orders must be pre-paid before despatch. If paying by bank transfer your order will be despatched once we have confirmed that the funds are in our account.

Security


Our shopping cart system sits on a secure server which has SSL protection on all data. Once we despatch your order, your credit card details are automatically purged from our system.

Privacy


Your privacy is very important to us. We will not disclose your private information to any third parties, except where relevant to processing your order (providing courier company with delivery address for the delivery of your parcel, for example).

Damaged Goods


We always ensure your goods leave our premises in excellent condition. We pack all orders with ample packaging to offer maximum protection in transit. Once your order leaves our premises we can not control the way it is handled, and will not be held responsible for damages caused in transit. In the event that your goods are received in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us directly and we will submit a claim with Australia Post on your behalf. If you have not opted for express post, registered post or trackable shipping we will not be held responsible for any losses caused by Australia Post.

Returns


We make every effort to ensure the products we sell are of the highest quality.  We are happy to offer you a replacement item or a full refund for any defective items. Please contact us immediately if any of your goods are defective.
